Copyright Claim

Non-Exclusively licensed Musical Compositions (I.e. Lease, Premium, Unlimited) are registered with YouTube's Content ID System. If your video upload receives a Copyright Claim (such claims are automatic and not directly managed by Sinima Beats), permission to dispute and remove the claim is included with a valid license (via the steps below):

Go to your YouTube channel (you must be logged in) and then visit: https://www.youtube.com/my_videos

Find the applicable video being claimed and under the Restrictions column, visit "Copyright Claim" for that video. Then open the "See Details" link.

Under Select Action ("Do you have rights to this content?"), click or visit the "Dispute" link.

Under Confirm eligibility, select "My dispute isn't based on any of the reasons above. I would still like to dispute this Content ID claim."

Under Select type, choose "License" (I have permission or a license to use the content claimed in my video) and continue on to the next page.

Review requirements and select: "I have permission to use the content from the copyright owner."

Under Provide rationale, you will see a text box, "Please include your license information below (required)". Here you may include the following message and edit accordingly:

The music used in my video upload is "Royalty Free Music," and it is being used with licensed permission from the exclusive Copyright Owner/Publisher, "Sinima Beats" (License Certification: INSERT ORDER #). The music used is "INSERT BEAT TITLE," reference: https://sinimabeats.com/products/URL-LINK. Please remove this invalid claim as soon as possible. Thank you.

Check the applicable boxes and electronically sign. Then submit your dispute and allow time for your dispute to be processed.

You may also include the URL link to the PDF License, included in your downloads, and/or a screenshot to your Order Receipt which includes the Beat Title, License Type, Your Name, etc. If you have any issues that aren't being resolved, we recommend contacting copyright@youtube.com for assistance with unresolved issues related to your channel.

If any of the above steps are inaccurate or outdated (due to a change in YouTube's dispute process), please let us know.
